Mix yeast in warm water and sugar in large bowl until dissolved. Allow to sit for a few minutes until the yeast has bloomed. Add in oil, salt, egg (lightly beaten) and flour until combined. (Add a little extra flour if dough is too sticky.)
Once combined, shape rolls right away. You should be able to make 15 rolls and place in greased 9x13" pan. Allow rolls to raise for 15-20 minutes.
Preheat your oven to 375 F. Bake rolls for about 15-20 minutes. Melt some butter to brush on to of your cooked rolls.
